I just want to make one constructive criticism, and that is that the startup guide is not very clear about having both devices outside in order to update the GPS.
It took me a long time to realize that both devices need to be in an unobstructed area in order to update the GPS. when I put both devices outside, the GPS updates quickly, and now both trackers on my dog are working fine. If your manual doesn’t mention it, I don’t think many users would think about it and could cause the device to keep showing GPS updating.
    Thanks!
