Free Worldwide Shipping & Duties Included

We offer free shipping on every order to our available destinations. All applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Aorkuler, so you won't face unexpected charges on delivery.

We cover applicable import duties and taxes. However, due to changes in customs regulations and local import procedures, you may occasionally be asked to pay a customs charge upon delivery. If this happens, please pay the charge to avoid delivery delays, then email a photo of your payment receipt to service@aorkuler.com. We'll reimburse the documented customs duty or tax charge.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination. The estimates below are in business days and begin once your order has shipped. Many orders arrive sooner than the estimates below, though actual delivery times may vary by destination and shipping conditions.

• United States: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• Europe (including the UK): 7–14 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

• Other destinations: 14–21 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Order & Tracking Information

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can also log in to your account on our store at any time to check your order's shipping status.

Multiple items

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on shipping arrangements. We'll send tracking information as each shipment is dispatched.

Changing your shipping address

Need to update your address? Contact us as soon as possible at service@aorkuler.com. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer guarantee that the address can be changed.
