CONTINUOUS LIVE DOG GPS TRACKER
Aorkuler provides real-time and accurate tracking products that do not rely on cellular signals, ensuring your furry child's safety and giving you greater peace of mind.
Loved that we didn’t need cell service or subscription. Pretty easy to use. Great quality.
I purchased the Aorkuler 2 dog tracker (and previously purchased an Aorkuler 1 dog tracker) as I now have two dogs that go hiking with me and I wanted some piece of mind in case they run off. While I haven't yet needed to use the Aorkuler tracker to locate either of my dogs I have tested it around my property and it appears to give an accurate location and distance. One reason I went with the Aorkuler tracker is it doesn't require a monthly subscription. It's pretty easy to set up and use. I also like the added features of the sound and light options to help locate a potential lost dog. My experience with the Aorkuler customer service has been very good (I had a question which they replied to quickly). I took one star off as the Aorkuler only comes in black and it would be helpful if it came in more color options to keep each controller and remote paired when someone has more than one dog (or better yet if there was a way to toggle between two remotes from one controller like I can with my dog's E-collars).
The area i hike my dog is forested mountains...not flat and this TRACKER WORKS ! Cell phone units did not work for me. The peace of mind this has given me was worth every penny...in fact i purchased another one for back up ! I have put his Tracker 2 on him and walked away from my truck forgetting the controller like a dummy and i was uneasy the whole hike ! I hike twice a day and simply put its a must have for me !!!
I have two Aorkuler 2 dog GPS trackers (one for each of my dogs). I needed a way to track them "just in case" as we frequently hike and both are off leash hikers that do roam a bit off trail. The Aorkuler GPS tracker was easy to set up and simple to use. I big perk for me was that it doesn't require a subscription like so many others in this category do. While I haven't had to use it yet to find one of my dogs (knock wood) I have tested it on the trail and it does appear to give a good reading on my dog's location and distance. I liked that Aorkuler has added a second color which makes it easier for me to keep the correct tracker paired with the correct remote. I also appreciate that their customer service is responsive to a couple questions I had after my purchase.
The simplicity of the tracker is just what we needed. Works very well! Great peace of mind!
Well let me say I am vary please for this gps . It work for my job . It does take time to get a accurate location but overall dose the job I know where my boy at all the time now . I'm always going on nature walks . I highly recommend this product.
I love that there are no monthly fees or subscriptions. This makes it super affordable in the long run. I don’t have to worry about paying a monthly fee just to keep track of my dog, which is such a relief. It works completely on its own, without needing a mobile phone or any complicated apps. You don’t need to worry about turning on your phone or using up your data either. It's very convenient and simple.
The real-time tracking feature is amazing. I can see where my dog is at all times, even if they’re far away. The tracker can reach up to 3.5 miles in open areas, which is really impressive. I tried it out at a park, and it worked perfectly. I could always check the tracker to know exactly where my dog was, even if they ran off a bit. The screen on the tracker shows a clear and accurate location, so I never have to worry about losing track of my dog. Plus, the tracker is really good at reducing delays when tracking, so it’s almost instant when I check the location. The screen even shows "Nearby" when I’m close to my dog, which makes it super easy to find them.
Another feature I really like is the sound and light alarm. If my dog gets too far away or is in a spot that’s hard to see, the tracker makes a loud sound and flashes a bright light. This is especially helpful if it's dark outside or if my dog is hiding in bushes. I tested this out in my yard at night, and it worked really well. The sound is loud enough to hear, and the light makes it easy to spot the tracker in low-light conditions. This is a great safety feature that helps me find my dog quickly if I can’t see them.
We love going to the off leash dog park with our dogs. One of my dogs is a farm rescue. He loves to hop fences and disappear under brush. How do I find him in areas there is poor or no cellphone coverage?
I got an AORKuler Dog GPS tracker. It comes in a zippered pouch. Inside, you will find a fairly well written quick start guide, the controller and antenna, the tracker and fixture for attaching it to the collar. Also, there's two magnetic charge cords. You will need a charger with two USB-A sockets.
Both the tracker and the controller have a GPS receiver in them. The tracker transmits the GPS coordinates over a license-free wireless connection to the controller. The controller computes the distance between the two GPS readings and displays the distance in feet or meters. The controller also has a magnetic compass so that it can indicate the direction. At a close range the tracker and controller pair using Bluetooth. It uses a long range protocol for distances over 50 ft. I've tracked my dog as far as 800ft away. So how do I get my dog to come back?
The controller can send a command to the tracker causing it to sound a tone. At night the controller can turn on the LED so that you can see the dog at night. I reward him for hearing the tone and coming back to me.
What I like: 1) No cellphone bill. Can use in areas where there is no cellphone coverage. 2) I'm pleased with the distance in semi-wooded areas. 3) The battery life for both tracker and controller are really good.
What an upgraded product would include:
1) A mechanical buzzer in the tracker would be nice. Sometimes dogs need an extra nudge.
2) It would be nice if the controller could forward both the tracker and controller's information via Bluetooth to a app that uses downloadable maps to show where the dog and controller are. Sometimes dogs go where humans can't quickly get to.
3) I wish there was an RSSI or SNR indication that would let me know the how well the data communication between the tracker and the controller is doing. I need to be able to judge the distance to recall the dog. This depends a lot on terrain and vegetation.
My dog will always love to hop fences and run under brush. But I know where he is and can get his attention to come back. I'm really impressed with this product *****
Great collar! We sometimes take our dogs off leash in the woods (in an area with no to low cell reception) and it helped to locate our dog that got away from us - a true lifesaver at a great price!!
Tracks my dog great. Love the small hand held remote. Easy to use.
Living on 60 acres, which are surrounded by thick woods and farm fields is a great place for dogs ... and deer and other critters. Throw a puppy into that environment and you have a good test (and need) for a GPS tracker.
My wife and I are in our late 60s and no longer willing or able to chase down a dog on the heels of a deer, coyote or fox. We rely heavily on a stim collar for recall, but it's not 100% effective if the dog ignores it or the collar is loose.
About a week ago, our (now 50-pound "puppy") took off into the woods and we quickly lost sight of his direction-then it started to rain and snow. Thirty minutes later he responded to my continued calling, at which time I vowed to get a GPS tracker. After extensive research, we chose the Aorkular Tracker 2. It's been a game changer. No fees, quick charging, simple to set up and use.
Even in our thick woods, I have a great idea where the pup is and how far away. Though it sometimes takes a few minutes for the tracker and controller to hook up with satellites, this tool works well and is very simple to use.
I have absolutely no fear of Bud getting lost. And really, for the money, it's a deal.
Dog Tracker 2 is an excellent device. It operates independent of cell phone towers, is priced right and does the job. I had problems with my first Tracker but customer service was very helpful, got me a new one and left me totally satisfied. Nice work, Casou, in customer service!!
This dog GPS tracker it works flawlessly without a subscription or cell signal, providing reliable real time tracking. The setup was easy and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can locate my dog anywhere. The device is lightweight, comfortable for my pet and holds a long lasting charge. It’s worth every penny!
For moderate distances this works well. Under test conditions it had no problems at over 1/4 mile. We got this in case the dog gets loose while we're camping. Though we always keep them well restrained when out and about you never know when something could go wrong. This tracker gives us peace of mind and the range is fine for our intended use.
So far, this GPS tracker has worked great for us with impressive accuracy. My dog has a knack for getting out, so having a reliable tracker with no subscription fees is a huge money saver. The accuracy is solid, which makes finding him a lot easier and faster. It’s perfect for open areas, especially where cell signals are spotty. The device is lightweight, so he doesn’t seem bothered by it, and it’s durable enough to handle his outdoor adventures. Charging is quick, and the battery lasts a good while if I’m just using it for regular walks. Overall, it’s been worth the price for the peace of mind it gives!
