Power & Charging

My tracker won't charge. How can I check it?

If your tracker doesn't appear to charge, the charging contacts may need cleaning.

  1. Disconnect the tracker from the charging cable.
  2. Gently clean the metal contacts on both the tracker and the cable using a soft cloth lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol.
  3. Allow the contacts to dry completely.
  4. Reconnect the tracker and charge it continuously for at least 2 hours using a 5V/1A USB power source.

Please let us know whether the tracker shows any lights, beeps, or other signs of activity after charging.

My tracker won't turn on. What should I do?

If your tracker won't turn on, try the following steps:

  1. Gently clean the metal contacts on both the device and the cable using a soft cloth lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol. Allow the contacts to dry completely.
  2. Connect the tracker to supplied charging cable. Use a standard 5V/1A USB power adapter or a computer USB port.
  3. Leave it charging continuously for at least 2 hours, even if the tracker shows no light or other signs of activity.
  4. Disconnect the cable and try turning the tracker on again.

If the tracker remains unresponsive, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of what happens when you press the power button.

Unbinding and Binding

How do I remove and re-bind my tracker to the controller?

You normally don't need to re-bind your devices. Binding is only needed during initial setup or when replacing a faulty, lost, or updated device.

1. Initial binding or normal re-binding

  • Turn on the controller and tracker.
  • When the controller displays “Bind the tracker,” press and hold the round button on the front of the controller to enter the menu, then select Bind.
  • When the tracker’s blue light starts flashing, briefly press the ON/OFF button on the tracker you want to bind. If needed, press it several times.
  • Wait for the tracker to restart automatically. Binding is complete once it restarts.

2. Replacing a lost or faulty device

If a tracker or controller has been lost or replaced, first remove the previous pairing, then bind the replacement. You don't need the lost or faulty device for this process.

Step 1: Remove the previous pairing

  • Turn on the controller and the tracker you want to keep or pair.
  • Press and hold the round button on the front of the controller to enter the menu, then select Remove.
  • When the tracker's blue light starts flashing, briefly press the ON/OFF button on the tracker. If needed, press it several times.
  • Wait for the tracker to restart automatically. The previous pairing has now been removed.

Step 2: Bind the devices

  • Press and hold the controller’s round button to enter the menu, then select Bind.
  • When the tracker's blue light starts flashing, briefly press the ON/OFF button on the tracker you want to bind. If needed, press it several times.
  • Wait for the tracker to restart automatically. The new pairing is complete.

If binding fails repeatedly, please contact our support team for assistance.

GPS Positioning and Direction

Why is my tracker taking a long time to get a GPS signal?

If the GPS indicator keeps flashing, the tracker may still be searching for a GPS fix.

  1. Take the tracker outdoors to an open area with a clear view of the sky.
  2. Keep it away from buildings, dense tree cover, and large overhead obstructions.
  3. Allow the tracker some time to acquire its GPS position BEFORE attaching it to your dog's collar.
  4. Check whether the GPS indicator becomes solid.

A solid GPS indicator means the tracker has acquired a GPS fix. If it continues flashing in an open area, please contact our support team.

The controller seems to point in the wrong direction. Is my tracker working correctly?
  • Calibrate by waving the controller in an infinity (∞) pattern 3-5 times
  • Move away from metal objects, electronics, or magnetic sources
  • Keep the controller level when checking direction
  • Re-calibrate each time you turn on the controller

Prevention Tips

Keep Devices Charged

Charge both tracker and controller overnight before outdoor adventures. Low battery is the most common cause of tracking issues.

Use in Open Areas

GPS works best outdoors in open spaces. Avoid starting in dense forests, urban canyons, or indoors where satellite signals are blocked.

Calibrate Regularly

Wave the controller in an infinity (∞) shape each time you turn it on to calibrate the geomagnetic sensor for accurate direction tracking.

Check Attachment

Before each use, verify the tracker is securely attached to the collar with the strap properly threaded and tightened.
