Important Tips for Best Performance

GPS Updating Takes Time

GPS signals require clear sky visibility. When you first turn on your devices, allow 1-2 minutes for the GPS to locate satellites—especially in areas with tree cover or buildings. The GPS icon will stop blinking once a signal is locked.

Avoid Magnetic Interference

The controller's compass can be affected by nearby metal objects, electronics, or magnetic fields. For accurate direction readings, keep the controller away from cars, phones, keys, and metal structures when checking your dog's location.

Hold Controller Steady

For the most accurate direction readings, hold the controller level and steady. The built-in compass works best when the device is horizontal. If direction seems off, recalibrate by waving in an infinity (∞) pattern.

Optimal Operating Environment

Aorkuler works best in open outdoor areas. Range and accuracy may be reduced in dense forests, urban canyons, deep valleys, or indoors. For best results, use in areas with clear sky visibility.

Attach to Collar Securely

Thread the collar strap through both slots on the tracker housing. Pull tight and check the attachment before each use. The tracker should sit on top of the collar, not underneath, for best GPS reception.

Turn Off When Not in Use

To preserve battery life, turn off both the tracker and controller when not actively tracking. This ensures you have full battery when you need it for your next adventure.

Tracking two dogs simultaneously

Double Dog Kit Users

If you have the Double Dog Kit, you can bind two trackers to one controller.

After binding the first tracker, the screen shows ①. Bind the second tracker and the screen shows ②.

Double-click the circular multifunction button to switch between Tracker 1 and Tracker 2. The screen displays '1' or '2' to indicate the active tracker.

Direction and distance always refer to the selected tracker, making it easy to keep track of both dogs.
